What is Granite

Granite, defines as a magmatic depth rock mass consisting of crystal minerals and with granular appearance, mainly contains feldspar orthoclase, a little amount of plagioclase and quarts as well. In addition, mica, horn blend, pyroxene and second group tourmaline, apatite, zircon, garnet, magnetite and some other minerals can be found in the structure of granite. The exact mechanism of granite could not be explained yet. While some researchers suggest the crystallization of the mother liquid or liquid crystal as the main mechanism of formation, others think that granite is formed without the effects of the magma.
